The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering helpful tips about local sights and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and served on a lovely terrace overlooking the main avenue. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We especially enjoyed taking day trips to nearby Monti Sibillini and indulging in some fresh mussels at the local fair.
There was some noise from a nearby bar that disturbed our sleep at night.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The breakfast on the terrace with a great view of the main avenue was a wonderful start to each day.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a city trip, close to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. We enjoyed the freshly made coffee at breakfast and the convenient grocery store nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The noise from a nearby bar, which sometimes went on until late at night. we understand this is not the hotel's fault and is out of their control.

Great location, close to beach, grocery store, restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Humble but tasty breakfast. Clean AC. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Consistent breakfast with good options and fresh pastries. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Public beach nearby, clean and not crowded.

The breakfast served on the hotel terrace was just perfect to start the day. The room was spacious and modern, well-maintained with fresh linens and towels throughout our stay. The location was really great, just a short walk away from the public beach. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to help with any queries.
